Copilot is now REIzer AI, with one ask box up front and a model you can choose

The assistant has a new name, a new front door on the home page, and a switcher for how much reasoning you want. Paste a listing on the landing page and the request follows you through sign-up into the chat.

Announcements AI one ask box, your choice of model

Two changes shipped this week to how you talk to REIzer.

One ask box, up front

The home page now opens with a single box: paste a listing link or describe the deal. If you are not signed in yet, the request is carried through sign-up and fires the moment your dashboard opens, so the first thing you see is your underwrite, not an empty form.

The assistant itself is now called REIzer AI. Same engine underneath: it never does the math in its head. Every score, metric and stress test in the chat comes from the deterministic analyzer, which is what makes the answers reproducible and lets us show you the inputs it applied.

Pick how much reasoning you want

A switcher in the chat lets you choose between Fast, Balanced and Max tiers, and the pill under each answer names the tier that ran. Fast is for quick screens, Max is for the deal you are about to make an offer on. Free Explorer accounts get to try the strongest tier so the trial shows the product at its best; which tiers stay available on each plan is on the pricing page.

Behind the switcher the assistant now talks to a provider layer rather than a single model, which is what will let us add models over time without changing how the chat works.
