Since August, any AI assistant could run REIzer's underwriting engine for free: paste a deal into Claude or ChatGPT and get the same score, stress tests and max offer the analyzers give you. Your AI didn't know who you were, though. It couldn't pull comps without an API key pasted into a config file, and it couldn't see a single deal you'd saved.
Now it can. There's a second connector address, and it signs you in.
What signing in adds
Connect https://reizer.io/mcp/account instead of https://reizer.io/mcp and your AI gets three things the free address doesn't have:
- Real comps and short-term-rental data.
pull_compsandstr_market_datarun on your plan's monthly allowances, the same pool as the web app. The free plan includes a few of each every month. - Your saved deals. Ask "which of my saved rentals has the best cash flow?" or "re-run my Elm Street duplex at 7.25%", and your AI reads My Deals, pulls the inputs and runs them again.
- Saving back. "Save this one as Maple fourplex" puts the deal in My Deals with its score. It opens in the analyzer on reizer.io and in the REIzer phone app as if you'd saved it there.
Analyses on the signed-in connection also count against your own account instead of the shared pool that every anonymous caller draws from.
How it works
There's no key to copy. Add the address as a connector the way you'd add any other, and when your AI says it needs authorization, click Connect. A REIzer window opens. Sign in if you aren't already, check which app is asking and where it will send you back, and click Allow.
The setup guide has the exact steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor.
What it can't do
The connection can run analyses, pull data on your allowances, and read and save deals. It can't see your password, touch your plan or billing, or delete anything. You can cut any app off in Settings → Connected apps, and it stops working right away.
The free address isn't going anywhere. If you just want a quick score inside a chat, https://reizer.io/mcp still works with no account at all.
