When Claude ran a deal through REIzer, you used to get the numbers as text: a paragraph, maybe a table, written fresh each time. Now the answer opens with a card.
What's on the card
It's built to be read in two seconds:
- The score dial — the same dial as the analyzers on reizer.io, from red through gold to green, with the score in the middle.
- The verdict — Strong, Solid, Workable, Risky or Run Away.
- How many stress tests it survives — rent drops, vacancy spikes, rate shocks, a recession.
- Four headline numbers for the strategy: cash flow, cap rate, DSCR and cash-on-cash for a rental; cash back and money left in the deal for a BRRRR; profit, margin and all-in cost for a flip.
- Open full report, which takes you to the complete analysis on reizer.io.
It also tells you how many inputs REIzer filled in with defaults, so you know when to give Claude your real taxes, insurance or loan terms.
Claude still writes its answer under the card, so you can ask follow-ups the way you always have: "what if the rate is 7.5%?" or "what's the most I should pay?"
How to get it
Add https://reizer.io/mcp/account as a connector in Claude (Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector) and ask it to analyze a deal. The card appears on its own. It matches Claude's light or dark mode, and it works without signing in. Signing in adds comps and your saved deals, as this post explains.
If you added REIzer before today and see only text, disconnect and reconnect it once so Claude picks up the new card.
