REIzer is now in the Claude and ChatGPT directories

Find REIzer in Claude's connector directory or ChatGPT's plugin directory and add it in a click. Your AI analyzes deals with REIzer's engine, and once you sign in it pulls comps and works with your saved deals.

Announcements Listed in Claude and ChatGPT

Until now, adding REIzer to Claude or ChatGPT meant pasting a server address into a settings form. ChatGPT also made you switch on developer mode first. You don't have to do either anymore: REIzer is listed in both directories, and both listings come with sign-in.

Where to find it

  • Claude: open REIzer Deal Analysis in Claude's directory and click Connect, or go to Settings → Connectors → Discover and search REIzer. It works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the Claude phone apps.
  • ChatGPT: Settings → Plugins → Browse plugins, search REIzer and click Connect. No developer mode needed.

What your AI can do with it

Describe a deal in plain words and your AI runs it through the same engine as the analyzers on reizer.io. You get a 0–100 score with a verdict, cash flow, cap rate, DSCR and cash-on-cash, the stress tests that show what breaks the deal, and a shareable report link. The REIzer deal card shows up right in the chat. It also solves the most you can pay and still hit your targets, and ranks whether a property works best as a rental, a short-term rental, a BRRRR or a flip.

Sign in with your REIzer account and it can also:

  • pull real sale and rental comps, and short-term-rental market data
  • list the deals you've saved, read their inputs and re-run them with a different rate or rent
  • save new deals to My Deals, where they open on reizer.io and in the REIzer app

In Claude, the analysis works before you sign in. Claude shows a Connect button the first time you ask for comps or your saved deals. In ChatGPT, you connect your REIzer account when you add it. The free plan works in both; comps and short-term-rental lookups come out of your plan's monthly allowance, the same as on the web.

One improvement from the review

Anthropic's reviewers noticed that short-term-rental market data asked your AI for map coordinates, which it has no reliable way to look up. It now takes a plain address and finds the spot itself. If an address can't be found, it says so without using one of your monthly lookups.

Same inputs, same answer

REIzer is a calculation engine, not a guess. The same deal gives the same score in Claude, in ChatGPT and on reizer.io, and any input you leave out is filled with a documented default that's listed back to you. Results are estimates to verify, not financial advice.

The setup guide has the steps for every client, including Claude Code and Cursor.
