Until today, REIzer AI treated almost every message as a deal to score. Ask it something like "should I take this refinance or go back to my first lender?" and it would start filling in an analyzer, then tell you which fields were still blank. That is not what you asked.
It answers the question
Questions about financing, refinancing, appraisals, markets, strategy and running a rental now get a straight answer first, then the real options and what each one costs you. Where your own figures allow it, the answer includes the arithmetic, with the formula shown, and it names the one or two numbers that would change the answer.
Take a BRRRR investor whose cash-out refinance appraised at $325,000 with one lender and $275,000 with another. On a typical 75% loan-to-value cash-out, the higher appraisal returns $37,500 more of their money. The bigger loan costs about $250 more a month at 7% over 30 years. REIzer AI now works through that trade-off, lists ways to challenge or work around a low appraisal, and asks for the two numbers it needs to finish the cash-on-cash math.
Deal numbers still come from the engine
When an answer depends on a full metric for your deal, such as cash flow, cash-on-cash return, DSCR or a maximum offer, REIzer AI still runs it through the same engine as the analyzers. It never estimates those figures itself.
What has not changed
REIzer AI will not tell you to buy, sell or hold a property. It lays out the numbers and the trade-offs, and the decision stays yours. For tax and legal questions it names the general categories and points you to a CPA or a real-estate attorney for the details.
