REIzer AI got a visual rebuild this week. Nothing changed about how it works: every number still comes from the deterministic analyzer, and the same tools, model tiers and chat history are all there. What changed is how much chrome sits between you and the answer.
One composer card
The box you type into is now a single card at the bottom of the chat. Your text sits on top, attachments show as chips inside the card, and a small toolbar underneath holds the attach button and the send button. The card's border darkens when you focus it. Nothing glows.
The send button is a black disc with an up arrow. It stays neutral gray until you have typed something, so it is obvious when there is nothing to send.
Answers as text, not boxes
Assistant answers no longer sit inside bordered bubbles. They read as plain text across the full column, which gives tables, comps cards and stress grids the room they need. Only your own messages keep a bubble, in a soft gray with no border, so the two sides of the conversation are still easy to tell apart.
Tool steps such as Ran BRRRR analysis or Pulling property comps are now one-line status rows instead of pill-shaped chips, and the thinking log only gets a frame once you expand it.
Green is the accent, not the fill
The old chat used the REIzer green as a fill in a dozen places: the header logo, every tool chip, the welcome screen, the send button, and a glow around the text box. That made the green feel like noise. Now every brand mark is a black disc with the green chevron, the same in light and dark. The only other green left in the chat is the usage ring.
The Ask REIzer box on the dashboard home page got the same treatment, so the front door and the chat behind it match.
