Short-term rental comps on a map you can read at a glance

The STR comps map is redesigned. Every comp is a price tag, black above the median nightly rate and white below, with one, two and three-mile rings around your property.

Announcements 3 mi the STR comps map

When you pull comps for a short-term rental, REIzer finds the Airbnb listings that match your property and shows them on a map. That map used to be coloured dots on a red scale, with the numbers too small to read. We have redesigned it.

Every comp is a price tag

Each comp now shows its nightly rate on a tag. The colour carries one idea. A black tag means that listing earns at or above the median nightly rate of your comps. A white tag means it earns below. You can see at a glance which part of the area charges more.

When tags would overlap, the comps with the highest yearly revenue keep their tag and the rest become small dots in the same black or white. Zoom in and the dots turn back into tags. Click any comp for its details and a link to the listing.

Distance you can see

Dashed rings mark one, two and three miles from your property, which sits under the black REIzer pin. A note in the corner says how many comps were found and how far they reach. The ADR, Occupancy and Revenue buttons above the map switch what the tags show, and the black and white split follows the median of that number.

The first time a set of comps loads, a short animation plays. The pin drops into place, the rings draw in, and the comps appear as a sweep reaches their distance. If your device is set to reduce motion, the map opens on the finished view.
