Today REIzer opens to everyone. We built it because every strategy in real-estate investing had its own spreadsheet, its own calculator and its own way of quietly getting the numbers wrong, and none of them could tell you which strategy a property was actually best suited for.
What you get on day one
- Six analyzers, one engine. Short-term rental, BRRRR, fix-n-flip, new construction, long-term rental and multifamily, each with the metrics that strategy is judged on: cash flow, cash-on-cash, cap rate, DSCR, capital recovery, after-tax flip margin, yield-on-cost.
- A 0–100 deal score with a documented rubric per strategy, so a "good deal" means something specific and you can read exactly how it was computed on the scoring page.
- Stress tests and a maximum allowable offer. Every run shows how far rent can fall, rates can rise or the appraisal can miss before the deal breaks, and reverse-solves the most you can pay for your targets.
- Portfolio tracking and a market-trends heatmap for the properties you already own and the markets you are looking at next.
Free to start
The Explorer plan is free, needs no card, and includes 15 deal analyses a month. Paid plans add licensed comps, market data and more saved deals; the details are on the pricing page.
Thank you to everyone on the waitlist who tested the early builds and told us where the numbers were confusing. Most of what shipped today is a direct answer to that feedback.
