Founder
Hossein Sharifi holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and his primary work has been in computational modeling — simulating cardiac function to help patients with cardiovascular disease. Day to day, he uses computers to model complex systems and make better decisions under uncertainty.
REIzer grew out of a frustration he hit on the other side of his life: real estate investing. Buying his own home and running a BRRRR project, he kept reaching for tools to analyze deals, and kept hitting the same walls. Spreadsheets that broke the moment an assumption changed. Calculators that spit out a single number with no sense of the risk behind it. Nothing that treated a property the way an engineer treats a system — something you stress-test and pressure-check before putting real money on the line.
So he built the tool he wished he'd had. REIzer is more than an automated analysis pipeline.
