No. The Explorer plan is free and doesn't require any payment info. The 7-day trial on paid tiers requires a card on file but you can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge. The free trial is available once per customer — if you've subscribed before, checkout starts your plan right away.
You're billed automatically for the plan you picked at the rate shown (monthly or annual). You can downgrade to Explorer or cancel before the trial ends with no charge.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account menu. Upgrades take effect immediately (you're charged the prorated difference). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan's features until then, with no partial-month charge. We show you exactly what happens on a review screen before you confirm.
Each distinct property you run through an analyzer counts as one — whether or not you save it. Re-running the same property to revise the numbers is free, so you can tweak assumptions as much as you like. Analyzing the same address under a different strategy (say STR and BRRRR) counts as two. Paid plans get unlimited analyses; only the free Explorer plan is capped.
Annual saves up to 40% off the equivalent monthly rate. You pay once per year and the discount is baked in.
